Between 2002 and 2012, pharmaceutical and medicine manufacturing employment is expected to increase by 68,000 jobs, plastics and rubber products manufacturing by 138,000 jobs, machinery manufacturing by 120,000 jobs, and a 97,000 projected job growth for fabricated metal product manufacturing.
